FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. What do I need before learning how to ride a motorcycle?
First, you need to know how to ride a bicycle. Then, you need to obtain a BC Class 6L or 8L motorcycle license by taking the ICBC motorcycle knowledge test (Computer test) at ICBC licensing center. The test fee is $15.00. When you get your Class 6L or 8L learner, then you can register with us for training. 2. What is my journey to get a full motorcycle license BC? Your path to a full motorcycle license BC starts with passing the Class 6 knowledge test, followed by the Motorcycle Skill Test (MST) or Motorcycle Skill Assessment (MSA), and then the Road Test. For a GLP (Class 8) license, an additional Road Test is required to upgrade to a Class 6 motorcycle license BC. |

3. Do you provide a helmet and motorcycle? What is the motorcycle size? And can I use my own motorcycle?
We provide the use of a street legal motorcycle for your training. Our motorcycle is good for beginner and usually is between 150cc to 400cc. If you already got a motorcycle and you prefer, you can use your own motorcycle for training. We also have a limited number of helmets and gloves, however, due to personal hygiene, we recommended you prepared your own helmet and gloves for the training.
4. I'm only 162cm tall, can I go for a Sportbike training package?
If you are a novice rider, having your feet firmly on the ground can boost confidence and decrease the likelihood of bike damage. Our sportbike package requires a minimum height of 168cm. We recommend starting with our regular motorcycle course to build confidence and skills.

5. What is the difference between 4-hours and 10-hours package? How does the private one-on-one training system work?
Each private training session in our motorcycle package is 2 hours long. If you opt for a 10-hours package, you could allocate time for parking lot training, MST, road training, and road test preparation according to your progress. Your session schedule is flexible to accommodate your pace. 6. What is MST and MSA? Is MSA easier than MST? The Motorcycle Skill Test (MST), provided by ICBC, is a critical step in your motorcycle license BC journey. It assesses parking lot riding skills. The Motorcycle Skill Assessment (MSA) follows the same format but is conducted by an authorized school like us. Our assessment officer will conduct the MSA after you have completed all the training sessions in a certified group course. Passing MSA is not guaranteed. |
7. Do you provide MSA after I complete the training?
Yes, we offer MSA as part of our One-on-One package and our group motorcycle course options, all certified and approved by ICBC. An Assessment Officer conducts the MSA following mandatory training sessions, but like the ICBC motorcycle practice test, it does not guarantee a pass.
8. If I take your course, do I automatically pass the MST or MSA?
While both MST and MSA are similar, completion of our motorcycle course does not automatically guarantee passing these assessments, as MST is conducted by an ICBC examiner and MSA by an authorized Assessment Officer.
9. How much is your course?
We offer various private One-on-One packages and a comprehensive Group Course. Our rates are competitive. Click here to choose what's best for you, after completing your ICBC knowledge test. Then start your motorcycle practice with us.
10. How busy is your One-on-One schedule? How fast can I start to train?
We offer flexible scheduling primarily during weekday evenings and weekends. Summer is peak season, so register early through our motorcycle course registration page to secure your spot based on first come, first serve.
