COMPANY POLICY
1) KamenRider School is a private owned business and is licensed by ICBC. All instructors are professional trained and licensed by ICBC. Unless specified, the term “company”, “we” or "us" in this article is referring to KamenRider School. We reserve the right to change/update this policy without any prior notice at any time.
2) All students must agree and sign this Company Policy and Waiver of Liability before any training starts. If you’re under age of 19, a parent or legal guardian must agree and sign as well.
3) Our basic training rate is $70.00 per hour at a minimum of 2 hours per session. Training Packages are available and only valid for 6 months from the date of registration.
4) Our training schedule is based on actual availability and there’s no guarantee for certain date and time.
5) Travelling time might be applied depends on the location.
6) Tuition fees must be fully paid before or on the first lesson, either in-class or by appointment. All fees and/or deposit paid (except Security Deposit) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
7) We will supply with the use of a street legal motorcycle, a D.O.T. approved helmet and a reflective safety vest. Professional protective riding gears are inessential but highly recommended.
8) Security deposit is required at registration. Credit card will not be charged unless any damage caused. If the security deposit was paid by cash, will be fully refunded after the training package completed.
9) The student (or parent/legal guardian if under age of 19) must agree to take all legal responsibility for all costs (including parts and labors) of any damage to the school's motorcycle and equipment that is caused by the student.
10) Forty-eight (48) hours prior notice is required for rescheduling. No show, cancellation or rescheduling within forty-eight (48) hours will not be accepted for any reasons. We reserve the right to charge additional $50.00 administration fee if no show or cancellation without notice.
11) Using our school motorcycle for MST or road test costs 2-hours credit of the package hours, or a special rate at $110.00 cash. Standby will cost 4-hours credit of the package hours, or special rate at $220.00 cash. These special rate are only available for student who already registered for a training package with us. All ICBC’s test fee and license fee are responsible by the student.
12) Any irresponsible behavior on the school’s motorcycle that might or does result in any type of accident will result in immediate termination of the session without refund or rescheduling.
